The more the merrier: Japan ready to join in?

                                                    Memorandum of understanding
                                   between Private Lunar Exploration Company "ispace"
                                      and JAXA (Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency)
                                 seems to show that Japan is also about to climb aboard
                                                   the space resources bandwagon.
